Who would be your vote?

 

I would enjoy seeing Maul and him getting a proper death scene. The one problem I have with Ventress and Maul is that I am not sure there's any way Kanan could compete with them in a 1 on 1 saber fight.

 

I like that idea.

 

I'm going for Bariss, primarily because of her last appearance in TCW, and that Palpatine could have had plenty of time to tinker with her.

 

While I don't think it is likely, I'd love to see Mara as an emperor's hand. Paply is going to be in the season 2 premiere. Vader has a team of inquisitors and Palpy can have his Hands.

 

I vote Barriss. It makes the most sense. She's alive (last we knew) former Jedi padawan, has a serious history with Ahsoka (friendship/betrayal.) They brought us Ahsoka back, why not bring her most logical antagonist with her. To abandon the the Barriss character for this story would be a serious dropping of the ball. Also, the general consensus is that, in order to fit into the SW narrative, Ahsoka has to die at some point. If that's the case then Ahsoka needs a major victory (defeating a Sith Offee) before her inevitable loss to Vader.

 

100% agree. Have her defeat Offee at some point halfway through a season, and then have the season finale see Vader finishing her off.

I love the character, but she needs to be sacrificed for something epic.

 

Perhaps we'll see more than one. I definitely went with Offee, for the above stated reasons. We could also see Zare's sister, Daria perhaps.

Palatine did mention in TCW that he had "plans" for Maul. Perhaps this was a reference to the Inquisitorius. But considering how things ended with Maul and Sidious, I doubt they would ever work together again.

I like the idea of Vader handling the Inquisitors, while Palpy is developing his circle until of "Hands" (which Vader knows nothing about). I theorize that thr mystery man who met with the Emperor in the Darth Vader comic is an Emperor's hand.

 

This is a tough one. I feel that Vader's increased presence in Season 2 changes the role any potential new Inquisitor might have. If there is a new one, I feel it might be Ventress because it's a job that suits her. She's a compelling character that definitely deserves more screen time. On the other hand, I could totally see there being no new Inquisitor. Or a completely new character.

So true but I think that would be a positive, as seen in the finale Kanan started to come into his own a little, the inquisitor was a challenge at first this would be his next step. It would be so awesome to me if Kanan was the one to finish Maul once and for all.

 

Okay, im going to make a master list here of every Dark Jedi that we a a community want to see as Inquisitors in Star Wars Rebels.
