    Leia. She came close in Bloodlines and would've been a better leader than the person who won. Leia is the most experienced, but she's also pragmatic and well intentioned.

    Leia would be a kind and fair leader, but I think Thrawn could bring true prosperity to everywhere in the galaxy- and in a position of power, I think he could afford to be compassionate as well.
