They won't go grey/gray. Nobody knows how to spell grey/gray.

    No, I can't.

A "gray" force? The Force . . . is just the Force. The idea of there being a "Dark side", a "light side" or a "gray side" makes me wonder if many humans are unable deal with how complex and ambiguous life is. And yes, I blame George Lucas for this nonsense.

I think that the grey is naturally opposed to the Sith way, but also to the Jedi way. Both orders, especially the Sith, caused a lot of harm. The grey seeks to find that perfect balance, where it is not inhibited by the Sith or Jedi codes, laws, rules, or whatever, but is used to respond to the will of the force (which I assume is for good, though who knows... that's another topic entirely).

Hey guys, I've been looking for some information regarding The Bendu, and I came across an article on Wikipedia about a man named Benoît Vermander. He was know as Bendu, and here's an excerpt from the page :

Several of his publications deal with the transformations of the Chinese religious landscape and the way Christianity contributes to them while being affected by the trends that redefine China’s self-understanding of its cultural tradition (Le Christ Chinois, DDB, 1998; Les mandariniers de la rivière Huai, DDB, 2002; L’’Empire sans milieu, DDB, 2010). In the latter book and several articles he analyzes how China’s religious revival goes along the redefinition of the traditional Chinese religious psyche and societal forms. He also writes on the spiritual dimension of Chinese ancient philosophy and the way its re-interpretation may enrich today’s spiritual quest in interreligious perspective.

Do you think this may be the inspiration behind the Grey/Gray Jedi theory? Resolving of grey through refined Jedi sight?

No. Sorry. In the original Star Wars script, Jedi were known as Jedi-Bendu.
