If by the time of the First Order any soldiers being raised to become Stormtroopers are no longer clones of Jango Fett, why aren't there now Stormtroopers of every species as well as every (human) race? Why aren't there flying Stormtroopers from the same species as, say, Watto (from The Phantom Menace)?

Because one species (humans) in one armor design looks more "army-like". It's also cheaper to film. And the look of small stormtrooper with wings would be... more funny than intimidating.

First, they aren't clones at all.

Second, the First Order, like the Empire before hand, are an evil, oppressive organisation, who oppose freedom and liberty. Although they no longer discriminate against gender as their predecessor did (ignoring non-film canon), they still aren't keen on non-human races. There's good reason why Snoke only communicates with high ranking figures within the organisation.

Third, like @Aquila mentioned, it's really just to create a more uniform looking army. It simplifies the visual language in the films.

I think this is mainly because the New Order is a fascist and racist organization who should consider every other species on the galaxy inferior to the humans, beings that are only good to forced or slave work in the order of mankind. By the way, the use of Women by the New Order just shows the women grew stronger under the rule of The Empire and not the disbelief that Sexism is the best policy.

That doesn't make sense. Why would women be in high ranking positions but the order wouldn't allow the other races to fight for them in their own regiments. Even during the American Rev., which was a extremely racist time, had slaves fight for both the colonists and the British.

But that is still strange, even the Nazi used non German soldiers such as the
    Nazi Foreign Legions

I don't think "racist" is the right word to use inside the Star Wars Universe, in terms of how beings interacted. The Empire did apparently follow "Human High Culture", so it is probably better to call them "speciesist" - biased against and discriminatory against non-humans. The Empire apparently was also chauvinistic, but that has apparently been thrown out by the First Order.

In practice, though, it is pretty clear that the creators of the movies wanted to evoke connections between the Empire and the Nazis, and to a lesser extent (a) the American colonists (Rebellion) versus the British Empire (Empire); and (b) in ROTJ, the Viet Cong (Ewoks) versus America (Empire). So, most of the leader role villains in Ep IV-VI were Caucasian males with British accents.

Because the First Order standardizes everything to remove as much individualism as possible (also lowering upkeep costs), therefore, non conforming species cannot be included into its armed forces. Also, the First Order rules through oppression, which is why it needs large amounts of infantry to enforce order, and humans are the most common species.

Have you seen the Star Wars movies?...

The First Order, like the Empire before it, is specist; all of their officers, soldiers, pilots, engineers, etc etc etc are human.

    The answer here is necessity

Both sides of the civil war used slave and foreign legions because the body count went thru the roof and they needed troops to fight, don't mistake Nazi Weimar and SS, nazi army was the weimar and it was filled with Germans ONLY, actually germans from all the german countries and even german descendents from other countries as well, and then there was the SS and the SS could be anyone who defended the nazi doctrine no matter the country or the nation of birth, and we get the Hungarians, The Croatians, The Ukrainians, the Romanians, The Vallons and so on, they counted as SS legions not german soldiers and their first occupation was to do police work in the occupied countries, even securing the Work Camps, but by the end of the war the nazis were short of men, either on the West and on the Estern fronts, so they used the SS legions as foot soldiers divisions, in the late battles of the war the nazi army was made mainly of old men and young kids, old men and young kids don't count as drafted material but the necessity make them so.

Through out our history yhe military choices are never made by ideological politics but by pure necessity or the desire to survive over the opponent.

I was disappointed we didn't get any alien stormtroopers. Or any aliens in the First Order.

If we were able to discard all that Jabba and Mosep Bineed EU nonsense and look at the "real" thing, we'd then notice that alien species had been working for the Empire:

I'd like to believe that George Lucas wanted foremost to illustrate that the most aggressive species in the Star Wars Universe is still - mankind.

^^ Not supposed, among the "best pilots" that frequent the cantina, you'll see the "real" Walrus Man (John Mollo sketch identification) in his red Imperial uniform there and later roaming the subterranean streets of Mos Eisley. Since their belt buckles lack the Imperial military "disc", I assume that we were actually looking at members of the Imperial Merchant Service.
