Will Season 7 have new strong connections to recent movies and TV shows?

    I'm talking about strong connections to the Sequel Trilogy (specially TROS) and The Mandalorian, like:
    - Sidious experimenting with the Force to revive dead clones or rejuvenate them.
    - Visits to Exegol
    - A nod to possible Palpatine's offspring.
    - Young Man Kanata
    - General Pryde and/or Moff Gideon serving Palpatine
    - The rescue of Din Djarin (young Mando)

    My heart tells me yes. My brain tells me no. The writing process of most of these were either in parallel of the production of Season 7. I would find it very hard to believe that the different writer rooms shared information on key topics just to satisfy strong fans.

    My guess is there will be little connections, but maybe some small stuff.

    Also, does Rebels count? I think that might be our best bet- in fact, I wonder if we get an Order 66 scene, if a certain padawan might be featured...

    That would be cool to see, but I doubt it. At first I thought it might be too dark, but then I remembered it was TCW, and then I remembered it's Disney, so they'd never show that on-screen.

    This they might, but again I'm not sure. I feel like they've already visited Morriband/Korriban in the show, so that's a far more accessible place than Exogul. Then again, it might help set things up. Actually...I could see a future Rebels spin-off show going there to find a certain character.

    This is one's pretty likely. I could see Ashoka coming into contact with Maz.

    Gideon more than Pryde. Pryde didn't look to be older than 60, so assuming he was born, he'd still be a kid around this time. Gideon would be great though!

    This one's the most likely, given Filoni and Favreau's involvement with both, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it at all.

    Overall, most of your connections would be cool, but since a lot of the final season's arcs were already shared and story-boarded, I'm not sure how much new content will be added.
    I think we'll see more connections in the upcoming television shows than we will here.
