I would like to hear everyones opinion on what you think the single worst episode is.

Personally, I would have to go with Lightsaber Lost, I actually kinda like this episode but the whole thing falls apart at the end. The episode could have been the greatest episode, it could have been about Ahsoka learning that there is more to being a Jedi than simply wielding a lightsaber.

All of the framework was there to make this work, even a character that thought having a lightsaber made her every bit as powerful as a jedi. But then it all falls apart when master old guy pulls out a lightsaber and has Ahsoka teach younglings about the importance of the weapon.

The episode might as well have ended with them saying "and Ahsoka learned nothing about the force"

Does the CW movie count? Took me 3 years to start watching the show because of the bad taste in my mouth after the pilot/movie. Glad I finally gave in though. Got much better as it went along.

that is because they crammed three episodes together half-assed and tried to call it a "movie", on orders from George I believe, nobody bothered to explain to him why that wouldnt really work.

Which third of the movie did you think was the worst?

Hmm, tough call! There were all those episodes that featured Jar-Jar being even more of a dork than he was in TPM and AotC - they were irritating. Actually, no, correction - he was irritating, the rest of the cast were fine.

More specifically, I think I disliked the underwater Mon Cal episodes the most. They just seemed a bit dull, to be honest, despite the tension they built up at times, and the characters seemed quite flat.

JAr Jar episodes were mixed, because even though his antics were irritating, unlike TPM and AOTC he at least cared about people around him instead of being a sociopath that seemed to hate everybody.

Yeah the Mon Cal episodes could have been a bit more, them being so dark visually didnt help matters it just made it hard to look at.

There were several filler episodes I hated. One involved C-3PO as the only English speaking character, besides a few clones. It was nonsense.

Senate Spy is still the only episode I can't stand watching, so much so I usually just skip it not even 1/3rd of the way through it.

I know which one you're talking about and it's not that one. You're referring to the episodes with a little alien with a deep voice was riding inside an R2 unit and a Pit Droid tagged along.

Threepio wasnt in those episodes, I actually really liked those episodes during the re-watch of them. I didnt like them at first, but when I gave them a second chance they stood out quite a bit.

They showed a very different side of Star Wars, examining prejudices that exist in the universe with a character that has an emotional journey dealing with his own insecurities and prejudices as he slowly overcomes them over the course of the episodes he was in.

Maybe they arent as good as I am making them out to be, but anything that gets better on a re-watch has some merit too me, if something only gets worse every time you see it... well then it goes on the "worst" list.

"Supply Lines." Aside from the cool fight at the end, NOTHING HAPPENS IN THIS EPISODE.

something happens, a potentially cool character that got like one or two scenes dies for no reason at all.

But that episode is pretty good. I thought it served as a prequel to the Ryloth arc. And "Ima-Gun-Di" death scene was sad.

One of my least favorite was half way through season 3 (I think) - an episode where Obi-wan, Anakin and Ahsoka go to this planet to rescue a Jedi general. They basically freeze everyone in carbonite the same way as in ESB on cloud city, even had the same little guys to do it, basically to fly under the radar from droid scanners.

Freezing people in carbonite is probably a niche thing that happens on Bespin (and clearly wasn't tested on people prior to ESB), and doesn't explain when Anakin as Vader later asked if it was sufficient to freeze Luke, and wanting to test it on Han first. Little detail, but just annoyed me enough to spoil the episode!

I'm in the minority here and say I don't like the show. Mainly because I felt the stories were cliche and/or poorly done, not to mention the messing with canon. But now that the canon is out the window, I'll probably watch the show again soon with a more "open mind."

I agree about the Mon Cal arc: The story was very bland and the animation wasn't even close to the aesthetic standard of most CW episodes.
'Evil Plans' (where R2 and C3P0 get kidnapped while buying fruit) was pretty bad.

But THE WORST has to be the D-Squad episodes! They don't even look or feel like Clone Wars episodes!
And the Colonel Gascon character is ridiculously childish.
I don't know how ONE episode like this got green-lighted... let alone THREE!
