    There was a comic (I believe it was Enemy of the Empire) in which Boba Fett has a showdown with Vader. I won't spoil it, but it's an amazing duel and would be so cool on the big screen.

    There was also the scrapped Clone Wars arc that had Cad Bane vs. Boba Fett, which I would love to see. But in general, a Hunger Games styled fight except with Clone Wars era bounty hunters would be the best thing in Star Wars.

    He could have shot Vader in the face. He didn't though, because "that wouldn't be profitable." -- SPOILERS-- Instead, he just stands there with his wrist blaster thingy until Vader recovered and held Boba Fett in place with the force. Boba then kicked the box with a very mysterious something over the edge, and Vader is forced to let Fett go.

    And I must admit, seeing Embo fight everyone (even though that's not canonically possible) would be pretty cool.

    General Hux vs Admiral Pryde, a real fight, instead of Pryde taking out General Hux with one single shot and playing it for the laughts... Mandalorian (the one with the Jedi) did it better I think, but even then the situation was resolved way to fast.

    As portrayed in the comics, I would love to see a Darth Vader/ Palpatine fight in live action. That would be loaded with cruelty and malice.

    I also wished I could have seen the tuskin raider fights which resulted in Owen Lars losing his leg and Shmi being kidnapped.
