The Duel on Mustafar, or else the Arena fight during the Battle of Geonosis.

 

TPM has the most interesting visuals in the PT era.

I Will choose the Trade Federation landing in Naboo. Excelent music too.

 

THAT moment Palpatine wears his hood over his head and reveals himself as The Emperor...

My Favorite Scene in The Prequel Trilogy ...

When Darth Vader Gets His Suit On

 

THAT tiny moment, by the end of ROTS : Vader and the Emperor are looking thoughtfully at the Death Star under construction, through the window of the destroyer, with Tarkin silently appearing alongside them ...

 

I have three. When Darth Maul pulls out his double bladed saber. When Anakin is going to the jedi temple. As well as this quote/scene "You shall be known as, Darth Vader."

 

TPM- I love the battle scene in the end, and as silly as they are, my favorite is the beginning of the Gungan battle on the plains

AotC- The Asteroid field chase

RotS- Order 66/ "You were the Chosen One"

This scene and the very last scene with Owen and Beru holding baby Luke and looking onto the horizon.

Darth Maul's fight scenes were amazing

Any Maul screen time but the Duel of Fates is easily my favourite scene from the PT

 

My overall favourite scene in the whole prequel triology is order 66 sequence in Revenge of the Sith. The music that went along with it was also very dramatic.

 

The whole Zam Wesell chase

 

Count Dooku/Anakin duel on the Malevolence.

 

Obi wan giving Luke to Owen at the end of ROTS.
