After rewatching the whole saga again, and then TROS, I think I have a solid idea of my ranking. Here's my list:

1 - The Empire Strikes Back
2 - A New Hope
3 - The Last Jedi
4 - Rogue One
5 - Solo
6 - Rise of Skywalker
7 - Return of the Jedi
8 - The Force Awakens
9 - The Phantom Menace
10 - Revenge of the Sith
11 - Attack of the Clones

I will say, if you watch all of it (main saga movies, spin offs, TV shows) in order and try to piece that together into one epic story..."The Skywalker Saga" kinda sucks. Each trilogy connects with the next, sort of, but the whole story doesn't really work as one continuous narrative. Yes there are threads that connect them, but most of those threads are retconned into the story and not articulated well. If I'm being honest, the only movies that add to the story are the new Disney spinoffs. I also have come to realize that I only like the second half of ROTJ, which was a hard realization to come to since that movie meant a lot to me as a kid. The prequels suck, the sequels are random, the originals are as classic as ever.

That being said, I love the Star Wars universe and I'll be a fan for life. Even the worst movies are still incredibly entertaining.

"Ride the Tide"

A New Hope - maybe not objectively the best, but certainly had the biggest impact on me
Rogue One - an emotional home run, and a visually beautiful film
Revenge of the Sith - John WIlliams lifted that movie into the stratosphere and Palpatine seizing power was perfect
The Return of Skywalker - only saw it once, really need to see it more to know where it ranks
Return of the Jedi - I love a good redemption story. With lightsabers and space battles
Phantom Menace - Darth Maul, pod races, Darth Maul, Qui-Gonn, and did I mention Darth Maul?
The Force Awakens - The sexual tension between Rey and Kylo Ren was really well done
The Last Jedi - Luke on Crait was fantastic
Empire Strikes Back - Yeah, I know it's the most well crafted of the bunch, but Yoda taunting Luke still pisses me off
Attack of the Clones - Bad CGI kept taking me out of the movie. But Jango Fett vs Obi Wan was great
Solo - A fight on a train? How original!
