    Okay, first weekend, easy ones first -

    Colts over Bengals by 13. Gonna be a long game for Bengals defense.
    Steelers over Ravens by 6. Really good game, but Steelers have the home field advantage.

    After that it gets hard.

    Cowboys over Lions by 7. Lions have the better special teams, but Cowboys have slightly better offense and defense.
    Cardinals over Panthers by 1. Cards are the better team, but their trajectory is downward, and Panthers are getting better every game. Hard call.

    Next round -

    Patriots, Broncos, Green Bay, and Seattle all advance by 7 or more points. A bye the previous week, home field advantage, and more skill players and coaches make this an easy week to pick.

    Conference Championship games -

    Wow, these are hard to call!

    Seattle over Green Bay by 3. Seattle has more skill on special teams, tons more skill on defense, and although they're not as good as Green Bay on offense, the difference between the two isn't that far. But Green Bay is better coached, and Seattle gives the impression of being two losses away from dysfunction. Because there's such a thing as too much skill (see Lakers, Los Angeles). It's really hard to pick against Seattle, especially considering the season opener. I think Green Bay's team-first attitude and superior coaching would win the game on a neutral field. But in Seattle? The 12th man will be the deciding factor.

    Denver over New England by 1. Brady and Manning are both past their physical primes, but their mental games just keep improving. I don't think we're going to see the Manning vs. Brady games we used to. Both QBs are limited, and both offenses have learned to compensate. I don't think this will be a quarterback duel as much as a physical ground'n'pound. And I think Denver is a little more physical, just enough to win on the road.

    Super Bowl -

    Seattle over Denver by 13.

    Yes, just for the Super Bowl. It's a tie-breaker. Also, Whoever gets the correct teams, plus winner, plus total score (+-) 5 pts will win 1000 credits.
