Yeah, like I said I'm kind of more on the I doubt it side of the fence but what can really confirm it? We might have to wait till December 18th to say no way for sure. hmmmmm

 

I'll add my voice to the choir and claim the audio as fake. Tweaked samplings of Vader audio, I think. And other stuff.

 

My problem with that audio is the beginning part of the "There has been an awakening." is clear and processed like it's from the trailer. the rest of the audio feels degraded and not of the same quality. I guess if someone with a spectrometer or spectrogram wanted to take a look at the audio signal they would be able to see if it's fake or not.

 

That's kind of hard to say if Kylo's mask has like a filtering effect on the voice. Also if Uber is moving around the room getting closer or further from where the camera is they would make is sound that way. It's hard to tell what is going on without a visual. So many people were off with what was going on with that teaser audio. When you saw how the audio matched up with visuals it came off in a totally different way. Luke sounds so up close and loud when you watch the teaser but in the leaked audio it was hard to tell what he is even saying.

 

Am guessing Rouge one too, I saw that trailer that they showed at celebration. The one with the kind of like canyon and all the trees, that cave fits like a glove, beautiful...........

 

The shot of phasma in the trailer, can anyone put it up? Is she pictured here?

 

This is what I made out:

U : "There's been an awakening. Have you felt it?

- (Notice he didn't say "the dark side - and the light".)

KR: "Yes master, the girl will be our cell. No one can stop us".

U (but sounds like someone different): "We must be careful. There is one from the past who could be a threat."

KR: "Skywalker"

I really need help discerning what he says after "the girl will be our...". I don't think it's "cell". Is it "the girl will be also"? IDK. I am really having trouble with that line.

 

Well, I'm talking about the signal of the audio. If the audio of uber at the begining of the leak and the uber audio in the middle are close to the same signal then I could believe it a bit more. To me it sounds as if it has someone doing an impression of the voice with a crap mic. Also, the second line of the uber voice doesn't have the same inflection on the words as it does in the beginning this leads me to believe its a fake as well. Listen again and pay attention to how uber says his first llines then listen to how it's said after Kylo responds. It's not the same voice.

 

I don't think it's the same place but hard to tell.

 

I think the phasma shot is in studio, its too shiny for the cave

 

My point was it's hard to say without a visual. As another option what if there were 3 creepy people in the scene and not just 2. I was one of those who highly doubted the teaser audio and that came back to bite me. We will just have to see.

 

I was one that doubted the trailer 2 audio as well. But that was becuase I didn't think that they would use Luke's lines from Jedi.

 

Reminiscent of this for sure. It could be the planet in the Rogue One teaser too though.

 

I think that he's saying "The girl will be ours soon." But I agree that 'Uber' sounds like two different voices. Unlike the teaser audio leak, which came from a very reasonable place (i.e. sound-testing in the big hall while people were in line), the unknown source for this one makes it seem far more unlikely to be real.
