I probably am mixing things up. The main point of my original question was to see if anyone with sources here was or is privy to similar information which might lend further credence to the latest MSW article.

Not to maintain whether that article was BS or not. I'm not a detractor of that site like some here may be, but that the aforementioned ordeal ever happened makes it fair to ask questions, if not make assumptions. I believe the article is accurate, IMO the information entailed sounds like an awesome scenario for the ST.

 

Oh, right. Thanks, guys. I think I tuned all that stuff out because of the whole cyborg Luke fiasco. Most likely the cyborg is just placeholder art for Kylo Ren.

I think it is pretty hard to ignore the obvious connection between Han, Leia, and Kylo at this point. I assume there's a connection between Kylo and "Kira" too.

 

Gotcha. Well, there is not a lot of info out there. MSW seems to be the main source of information, another source which seems to check out is SWU. But I can't recall if they had anything about Han, Kylo, and Rey.
We should really have a Star Wars Episode 7 Leaks wiki to sort all of this info. Is there anything mods can do?

 

A couple of thoughts on this...

I'm confused on how this scene would fit in with the earlier mentioned scene of Han getting killed. That seemed like it would take place in the Falcon and Rey was present, but here she is in a dungeon? Then later on Chewie piloting the Falcon will go and save Rey and Finn from the castle area? So they crash into some trees... go get Rey and come back...hide in the ship...Han reveals himself and gets killed....the others run away from the Falcon?

Also, how does Rey know how to Jedi mind trick people? I thought that was a skill that took a while (Luke doesn't do it until RotJ). Does she already have Jedi training?

Not every force user is not a Jedi. Not every lightsaber user is a Jedi. Jedi is like a religion or religious order. Filoni said Ahsoka in Rebels is not Jedi but she is now a lightsaber user and a force user.

Anyway it's confusing trying to mesh the latest article with these. It's not really interfacing all that well.

And what I said yesterday, stunt doubles for Ford, Mayhew, Ridley, and Boyega were brought to Iceland to reshoot this past week. Were they filmed separately? All together? Don't know.

 

After meeting up with Rose and having this force dream, Rey has been captured. Leia and Han have a moment with each other. Han chases after The First Order to save Rey, Falcon takes off, flies over a forest, He's hurtling towards The First Order base. The falcon is coming in to fast, Han makes and emergency landing at full pelt screaming. They crash land taking a few tress with them in the process. The falcon grinds to a halt. Han is visibly shook up and uptight after the force dream. Finn consoles him tells him everything is going to be okay.

In another location Rey is held captive, she breaks free using Jedi like powers i.e the jedi mind trick. She breaks free. She eventually meets up with Finn as there paths cross again at some point and is touched.

Scene where Han dies, Finn Reacts, Rey doesn't

A few questions I would like to ask,

1) why does Han chase after her?

2) Does Rey see any part of the force dream

3) Why does Rey not react to Han's death? Did that dream tell Han something and not Rey?

4) Does Rey not want to fight Kylo?

5) Does Rey actually know who Rose is?

 

I don't know anything about the force dream you're talking about. What's the source for that so I can read up on it?

 

I belive the force dream/vision/flashback is narrated by Rose to Han, Rey and Finn.
Also I was under the impresion (I'm probably wrong) that after the forest planet they somehow get to the snow planet. That's where Kylo kills Han and they duel with Rey and Finn.

 

So Kylo gets ahold of Kira at some point and interrogates her. Hmmm. . .

+ the concept art of him having his arms around her. Double hmmm . . .

Just my opinion, he doesnt interrogate her much, but is trying to turn her much like Vader does with Luke (just without any dueling lightsabers). Probably giving his best dark side mind f'ing to get her as pissed off at our OT hero's as he is.

He fails. And then she kicks ass for the next two movies.

REALLY like how the conceptuals are coming together for this movie. Of course, my imagination is filling in the other 90%

 

How do we know Rey doesn't react? I don't think MSW has the reaction of every person in every scene. I think it's fair to say she's not going to shrug her shoulders regardless of whether she's related to Han or not. If Han is Obi Wan in TFA, I imagined they will all have a reaction. It could also be that Rey is shellshocked by what just happened.

 

I don't know what else to call it, am only using words that others have described but its basicly when a group of them hold hands with Rose and describes the erm 'flashback'(?) Sorry I don't know how else to describe this....

It said that Chewbacca reacts. "Chewbacca lets out of a barrage of angry roars and laser blasts." "Stormtroopers file in and Finn and Rey are forced to flee."

Han Solo supposedly knows and that's why he takes the Falcon there.

These filming outlines are written (and was deliberately coded) to be as broad as possible. Details will only be in the script and the movie itself. Specific lines in a bullet list can last anywhere from a matter of seconds to entire minutes.

On a side note - To all the doubters still: The sibiling relationship between Rey and Kylo, and connection to Han and Leia exists.....just accept and roll with it folks.

 

Exactly I don't know am just breaking it up from MSW details. I just find it hard trying to fathom what is going on without any concept or content going on. I feel like am back at primary school doing comprehension and getting completely lost
