    Poor Fives.
i still like the idea of papa Bridger being Rex.

To clarify to all those who have not seen The Lost Missions (and to help avoid spoilers for you) Ceruleanlord is referring to Fives' untimely castration at the hands of Count Dooku...he was in no way insinuating that Fives is dead. ;)

Depa Billaba died protecting Kanan, ordering him to get out while he could (or something like that), when Order 66 went down. So, he pretty much witnessed it.

I'm really liking this show, but this "extras reuse" thing is bothering me. It's a little absurd.

    this gif says it all:

I hadn't noticed to be honest, but one might naughtily offer that Ithorians, Rodians and bearded men were fashionable/prevalent on Lothal? The series thus far has chiefly dealt with that planet. I'd raise a more critical eyebrow if every planet they visited had bystanders of the same ilk and wearing the same clothing.

Maybe Lothal is home to six types of clones that each have matching wardrobes. lol.

Yeah, I'm thinking she's dead, but I don't think he actually saw her get struck down. I've read A New Dawn, but I can't remember. Anyways, I don't think we'll actually see her again.

I called this post out as original just for the pic of George. I'm pretty sure he's the old man with the beard. :) That's pretty good, though, never noticed it before. Same clothes and everything...I mean, the stormtroopers I understand...I'm sure the character models will get more diverse as the show progresses.

There are old bearded men in the early Star Wars concept artworks; I think one was called General Starkiller?

I believe this artwork is from "The Star Wars" comic series from Darkhorse, right?

Really nice comics based on Lucas' drafts, I, personally, liked it a lot!

In 'The Star Wars' the George Lucas looking guy was General Luke Skywalker.

This line got me thinking (and inspired to join the Cantina) about Ezra's role in the grand scheme of things. This may've been commented on elsewhere, but it came to me yesterday. Prepare for pure speculation:

Ephraim and Ezra are biblical names. Ephraim lent his name to one of the Tribes of Israel, and Ezra, here's the interesting bit, was the prophet/patriarch (feel free to correct me on the right terminology) and keeper of the metaphorical flame that helped the Israelites rebuild their faith and culture after the exile in Babylon. A bit more on the nose is the fact that his last name's Bridger [sic?], i.e. he's the bridge between the old and the new. Ezra has a larger role to play (maybe more than Luke) in re-building the Jedi Order. This has some possibilities for TFA.

    Or I could be over-analyzing.

Could be, but lets go with that. What actor would be playing him in TFA? Would have to be someone unannounced, since there isn't anyone new that I can think of close enough in age to Mark, since supposedly the two characters (three if you count Leia) were born on or close to the same day. What other male actors have been rumored to have some involvement other than those announced?

Hmmmm...That's a really good point. I had to do a quick Google to remember if there was someone that I wasn't remembering. The one that stuck out was Gary Oldman. He was rumored to be a part of it, and it completely flew under my radar. I could be wrong, but he'd be one I could see in the part. He's a tad younger than Mark or Carrie, but he's definitely got the chops to play older (think Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy). Plus it's a galaxy far, far away--they probably have pretty decent anti-aging creams :)

But I just thought of another thing....if there are going to be the lashbacks (or holo recordings or whatever) that've been hinted at, Daniel Radcliffe might make a decent Ezra about the time of the rebellion...
