Why Poggle the Lesser Should be a Bigger Character

We all know of the Death Star. This planet destroying station, which is no moon, has the ability to destroy species and civilizations. Now who made it? Not the Emperor. Well the actual station was built by Galen Erso as he was the leading engineer of the project. The plans however were built by the intelligent species, geonosians of Geonosis. Specifically the Separatist Leader, Poggle the Lesser. He built the plans for this station. Amazing! He isn’t talked about too much at all. He is nothing but a mere side character in the Skywalker Saga, but he is a somewhat important role in the CW. I think he should be a bigger character but I don’t know how tbh. What about you? What do you think?

 

Quite tragic. But the importance of the geonosians in SW is so significant yet people don’t realize it. And Poggle the Lesser being the leader of the species, I just feel that this story could fit well.

 

Im coming back to this thread just to say this:

Not joking, without the help from Poggle the Lesser and the Geonosians, the Empire definitely wouldn’t have been as powerful. Not to mention that they’d be easier to defeat and defy against. Like think about it. Frigen poggle the frigen lesser is arguably one of the most important characters in star wars.
