Is there really an unreleased Order 66 scene that was cut so ROTS wouldn't be rated R?

Is there really a deleted scene that remains unreleased where younglings actually die on screen that was cut so that ROTS would be PG-13? Or am I just imagining this?

No. There were more scenes planned of Jedi being killed across the galaxy and George cut it down once he felt he had enough.

There was never any danger of it receiving an R rating.

There are no deleted scenes of younglings dying on screen?

Wasn't there a hologram of battling younglings? We never see Anakin actually kill one though.

That's definitely a hologram of Anakin killing younglings. Obi Wan said so. :D

In a general sense, there's probably a whole other film's worth of unused and reshot material shot for Episode III. I imagine you probably could assemble it in a way that would push it into an R rating. The two deaths of Shaak Ti to name just one (or two) examples. On the other hand, the Shaak Ti saga exemplifies some of the problems with Episode III. I'm glad that George didn't have to build a corridor set on the Invisible Hand or more parts of the Jedi Temple and Palpatine's office than he needed to. He might have gotten the script in better shape before shooting on them if he had though.

I remember reading something about a scene where Anakin kills younglings and George reportedly said, "Oh my" after viewing it, and it was cut. I got the impression that it was filmed. I've never seen it and don't know that it's ever been made public. This is all from memory, so, grain of salt.

I believe there is a scene where unarmed younglings die on screen. Am I correct or not?
