Not necessarily. I'm not saying that this leak is real, but making a film soundtrack is a complex, multi-layered process.

Film music suites, after they're initially composed, are then usually arranged and recorded with the help of VSTi's. These demo previews are then reviewed before they get to be orchestrated into full soundtrack pieces. In the past these kind of "snippets" were usually recorded on piano. It isn't that hard to stumble upon similar, early VSTi suites by Hans Zimmer, as he tends to share them on internet forums while they're WIP. Most composers are more secretive though.

As far as we know John Williams will begin the work on orchestration in two weeks. That means that the compositions are already done, VSTi demos/previews most probably as well.

Orchestration is, in layman terms, assigning notes to the musicians, designing the timing, accents and overall conducting of the final piece to work well with the images it's accompanying. Examples would be mashing two suites because two different characters appear on screen one after another, or playing a theme quietly in a contemplative way because the character is having an emotional scene.
