GAME Bring Back X-Wing!!!!

    I would love to see someone update and release a new X-wing series for the PS4/XBox One and have it work with a Thrustmaster Flight Stick!!!

    The X-Wing series was a CLASSIC and one of my favorite Star Wars games. BRING IT BACK!!!

    Huge Tie-Fighter Fan here.

    Tie-Fighter was probably the best SW and PC game for years, one of the true bests ever. I still play it today, you could find it on GOG super cheap, with all the expansions, without the need for Joystick and running on modern day computers.

    BEWARE: Tie Fighter is super aditive !

    I heartily agree, its time to bring the X-Wing series back, although if that did happen, I have a feeling that it might be PC only thing. Regardless of the systems of which it would be available on, the very nature of how the game works means they should be able to make it look great on modern platforms without near the development effort that is put into making something like one of the Rogue Squadron games, especially if they keep it strictly in space. I agree with 77th as well, Tie Fighter is a really addictive game.

    I've actually been looking for a PC to play Tie-Fighter and X-wing on. I still have all my original boxes and CDs and Flight Stick. However, the old PC's I'm finding AREN'T cheap!!! Wish I'd kept my old PC!

    There was a sale for all the X-Wing/TIE FIghter games on Steam during 2015's May the Fourth. They were pennies each, so I grabbed them. Tried out X-Wing, wasn't a fan. Maybe I should try out TIE Fighter instead...

    I will say that Tie Fighter is the better game, generally considered one of the all time classics.

    X-Wing Alliance, my favorite.

    I would love to see these games updated/re-released/expanded on. Anything they want to do. I know that there was a slight upgrade that can be found at GOG, but how amazing would it be for there to be a brand new game made?

    Totally agree with you, super great game. We were so excited to find it on GOG. We did play with a joystick. (I am HORRIBLE at flying, btw, but loved it anyway.) In the end, though, like you said: super addictive. Extreme measures had to be taken, because nothing else was getting done. :)
