    I was looking at the Chinese interview about the Poe & Rey discussion on the Falcon and honestly I found that the most interesting bit was not about Poe but about Rey & Kylo Ren.

    I had to google translate the page (it's quite funny in fact), here is what I obtained :

    I wonder why they are bringing this out now. A shame too, because it seems she had to be quiet about this Reylo garbage for two years. I guess they now realize Reylo is not the money maker they thought. Reylo is the kind of movie making that needs to die out. It's the past. If you are afraid to display an interracial relationship on screen then make them friends, but don't push the possibility of these characters hooking up with someone else. It cheapens the story as well as the characters. Show teamwork, friendship, and cooperation. It's much healthier to see.

    To be fair, I never had the impression that the actors were given many opportunities to discuss about it. I could be wrong though.

    The Reylo dynamic was a natural evolution of these two characters as they are almost mirror opposites of each other, with the exception of being abandoned by people that should have loved them. This common bond played out, but now must die. They illustrated that at the end of TLJ. Ben could have returned, but made his choice. Rey could have joined him, but made her choice. Now it's time for Ben Solo to die and Rey to take up the Legacy of Luke, Han and Leia. It's the only resolution to this trilogy since it has been clear they are ending the Skywalker Saga and bloodline at the end of IX.

    I'm glad to see that Daisy has some common sense when it comes to this issue. I hope she stays off Tumblr and Twitter, her head would explode over the Reylo garbage.
