    For me I consider it one of my defining traits that I don't remember when I became a Star Wars fan. My dad (and to a slightly lesser extent, my Mom) are Star Wars fans, so I just grew up watching Star Wars. And I've always enjoyed the films and the video games, but I really only became the super-fan I am now about year ago when the EU rebooted and I realized I could be totally immersed in the canon.
