Another creature that I'd love to see is the Swamp Slug that Ralph McQuarrie designed.

The Kwazel Maw was based on this design so I wouldn't mind seeing one of those as well.

Another nasty slithering creature that I liked from CW and that I would love to see in a SW movie would be the Rishi Eel.

Oh I would definitely like to see the Aiwha pop up in another flick but I have to say that I wouldn't want to see just them but even more of Camino's underwater wildlife.

You know, when we come to think about it, we hardly know anything about the planets and creatures from our favorite SW beings. Sometimes we are so desperate to see strange new worlds in upcoming movies that we don't stop to think that there is just so much that we don't know about the worlds we have already seen. How many different species can be found on our planet and yet we have hardly seen much on planets from SW. In ANH we got Banthas and Dewbacks on Tatooine, the Dianoga on the Death Star and the special edition added the Rontos and the Scurriers. We got the Taun Taun and the Wampa on Hoth, the Exogorth and the Mynoks on the asteroid and a few lizards, snakes and the back of a Swamp Snake in TESB and we got the Warrt and whatever bug it ate, the Sarlacc, the Rancor plus the frog that Jabba munched in ROTJ. Did I leave any animals out of the OT movies?

The prequels added more animal life and I think TPM had the most creatures. There we saw the Opee Sea Killer, Colo Claw Fish, Sando Aqua Monster, Fambaa, Kaadu, Falumpaset and a few wild animals and fish in Naboo while it added the Eopie, Gorg and the Nuna to the creatures from Tatooine even though the Gorg may not be a native creature there. AOTC gave us a few interesting animals as well. We saw the Kouhuns and while Anakin was in his sand hating adventure with Padme, we got to see him ride a Shaak, we saw the Massiff, we saw the Aiwha on Kamino and we saw the Aklay, Nexu, Reek and the Orray in Geonosis. We then saw ROTS which gave us the Boga and Dactillion on Utapau, the Gelagrub in Felucia the Can-cell from Kashyyyk and the barley seen Lava Flea on Mustafar. Maybe there were a few more but these are the ones I remember.

Finally, TFA gave us the Pishne that we could see Bobbajo carrying on his back, the Happabore and the Luggabeast from Jakku and the Rathars from Han's ship. We also had the black dog thingy from Maz Kanata's Castle but I really don't know it's name.

When we see this it's clear that though it may seem like alot of creatures, when we look at how many there were per planet, we only have one or two at each place. We have never even been to famous planets such as Rodia, Ithor or Nal Hutta and there are just so many more to explore. I hope that the future SW movies that we get from Disney not only give us new world each time but that they also revisit old locations and they expand on those wonderous worlds we have already seen.

To be fair the prequels added more of everything than anything else .

Yeah that's true my friend. I really love the prequels as much as I love the OT. I didn't dig TFA as much but I'm hoping that the other two movies are way better and that Rogue One is superb as well. The SW universe is awesome and I'd hate to see Disney ruin it by making it another Disney Princess show with a lot of fan service and nostalgia feed just for the fun of it. Disney can make awesome movies as it has done with many of it's Marvel ones so I still have high hopes that it will eventually give us a SW movie that will blow our brains out with it's superb awesomeness.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Opee Sea Killer again (though how I don't know).

I loved the Opee Sea K
I loved the Opee Sea Killer from TPM and I too think it would be great to see one again. There are so many awesome aquatic races in SW yet the most we have ever seen from one of these worlds is Naboo. Quarren, Aqualish, Ishi Tib, Chagrians and Nautolans are just a few of the aquatic species from SW that I would love to see more of and learn about their worlds and the creatures that live there.

I would love to see Vornskrs
    [IMG]

They're space wolves that hunt by using the force for crying out loud. Which also leads to seeing the Ysalamiri and their natural ability to cancel out the force.

Both species can be used against force sensitives to mess up their day, and it could lead to some very interesting situations.

I loved both creatures in the novels and comics and they would infact look awesome on the big screen apart from really creating trouble for Force users everywhere. Having some Bounty Hunters use both creatures, one to hunt down the Jedi and then the other for when they had to fight in close combat would be so cool to see!

Well my post is about creatures you would like to see and not about Jar Jar but how about adding a huge sea monster to that scene and we have him munch on Jar Jar when he hits the bottom of the waterfall? I'm sure many fans would have loved that! :)

How about a Terentatek? Not pretty, but these guys eat force users for breakfast and they are extremely rare.Would be really cool if Rey's training included facing one of these...

As far as creatures from the films go, the Rancor is definitely the one I would like to see again at some point in the future. I'd love to see what they could do with it using modern special effects(preferably a mix between practical and digital).

Ultimately though, I'm cool with almost all the creatures being new in each movie. Like @Amanaman said, there's no doubt a ton of different species that we haven't seen yet, even on planets we've already seen. It makes sense to see some familiar species on old planets of course, like say, Banthas on Tattooine, but, as most of the subsequent films after ANH featuring Tattooine have shown us, there's always room for new creatures.

Pfft, I've lost track of how many of those I've killed over the years.
Though in all honesty, that would be freaking sweet to see again. And I am totally imagining some in Rebels.

Oh man Terentateks look awesome! It would be so cool to see one in a movie! And Yes Twi'Leks are real cool and I'm also in for a good showdown and it would be even more awesome if said Twi'Lek was a female as we have never seen a battle between two lightsaber wielding ladies in a SW movie before.

Now's a good time as any to make Darth Talon canon once more and have her go at it with Rey.

:DHaha I see the confusion...I meant Rey facing a Terentatek, not a Twi'lek.I included the Twi'lek picture because he's a Jedi talking about Terentateks.Perhaps I should place the sentence above the pictures now...

Any and all of the creatures listed would be awesome to see again. We need to see more creatures and species for characters as the galaxy is so huge.

We know from TCW that Yoda battled one on Kashyyk at some point. Maybe they could make a monster movie based on that battle.
