    Trying my best to figure this one out to no avail! I know Valorum was elected to a second term, and succeded Kalpana, but how long is a "term" and how long into his last term until he was removed?

    Out of curiosity, are you getting your info from the book Tarkin?

    I haven't read it, but the Wookieepedia is using Tarkin for some of its references regarding Valorum, though it doesn't give timeframes. I was curious if the novel did, and they were just not added to the page.
