    They were happy because it's hard to tell whether the star destroyers are cg or models. Nowadays it's really hard to tell if something is CG or not. The obvious ones anyway. Good Cg is practically invisible.

    You can usually tell good cgi because it's hard to replicate organic matter in comparison to non-organics .

    Great video. I'm glad that ILM was able to take the time to watch the fans reaction to what they've created. I love watching these reaction videos, and I'm just a fan. It was be very rewarding to watch people react to something you've spent months and months creating, trying to get right, and the reactions confirm this. Way to go ILM!

    Yeah I stayed there for a month multiple times and they actually have the complete opposite of SW artwork and have a lot of film noire there so this isn't the HQ but looks more than likely ILM in San Francisco...and just watch---the next reaction video will be big directors together in a room reacting to ILM reacting to fans reacting to the trailer of R1 :p.
