    Seeing all the fan love for the original film, I wondered how such a masterpiece could hit theaters with my having no recollection of it. I don't even remember seeing trailers. Then I noted the release date - late in 2004, right after most of Florida had been slammed by hurricane after hurricane. Aaahhhh ... mystery resolved.

    So I am planning to see the first film on streaming very soon. Will check back in afterwards ...
