    I think that this is an appropriate thread to congratulate the San Francisco Giants on winning their third World Series title in five years! That is a very impressive feat.

    Also, Royals fans should be very proud of their team! Both of these teams played exciting baseball. I almost thought that Gordon was going to tie it up with an inside - the - park homerun, but I think you guys will be in the hunt next year.

    (BTW This is coming from a die hard Mets fan)

    So Stanton is being offered a record $325 million contract for 13 years! That includes a full no trade clause and even a player opt out clause. To put that deal in perspective, it would have paid for the Mets entire payroll for the past 3.5 seasons.

    The Cincinnati Reds have always been my favorite team, but I've always routed for Kansas City since my favorite team is their Triple A team. I'm really in to the history of MLB and the Pacific Coast League, and do not dislike any teams except for St.Louis.

    I'm not a big sports fan other than Football of course. But I root for the Red Sox.

    Looks like they're about to screw the pooch on some signings though. :p

    Handley Ramirez and Pablo Sandoval are being touted as mistakes in Red Sox Nation right now.. Wouldn't mind seeing Lester come back though.
