    No, it's part of the Legends continuity. In fact Wookieepedia Canon doesn't even mention the Bas-Relief, so technically it's just a fancy portrait Palpatine had in his possession.

    I definitly think that the creators of it had to have been EU fans... it looks like something straight out of one of the old sith wars from the EU
