So two weeks ago I put down money to reserve the darth Vader ps4 bundle. Financially I was fine. And then I got a call telling me I had to pay 800 on my student loans for this month and next month since my forbearance period ran out because I haven't taken classes in months. However in January I'll be finishing my last year of college so I won't have to pay after that.

Now that I've paid off the loan, I only have 370 on me until December 1 when I get my check. I've decided to pass on the Vader ps4 since I don't have enough, but I still want to get this battlefront bundle because I've been wanting to have a ps4 for a long time and I'm a die hard fan like all of you guys.

Another factor is I'll be going on a trip to see friends for 3 days at the start of December and 5 days at the end of it for New Years.

With the loan payments made and the costs of my trips (flights/hotels/car rental/fees) if I bought the ps4 battlefront bundle is have $40 to last me until dec 1 and for the entire month of December I would have $828 In play money for whatever I need on my trips or daily when I'm at home/work. If I don't buy the ps4 bundle until January, I would have $1248 in play money for whatever I might need in December.

I'm living at home currently so my day to day spending is next to nothing since I usually bring in food from home to work.

Do you think If you were in my situation you'd get the ps4 knowing you'd have 828 to budget throughout an entire month including trips. Or would you rather not buy it, save the money so you'd have $1248 and just buy the ps4 and battlefront in January?

    Thanks cantina fam

I'd say wait, the game will have more patches out by January and will run better and have more balanced gameplay.

Right on man makes sense. I think I was already always gonna do that, it's just so enticing because I've been waiting for this so damn long. And I have already splurged waaaay to much. Freakin 700 dropped on a hotel for 4 nights just for New Years >.<

I'd wait man, I was going to go for the Star Wars bundle PS4 as well but... I'd rather buy my people Christmas presents and wait to see how it plays out. If there were space battles, more story focus, I would not have made that decision. I was ready when they announced the Battle of Jakku, but changed my mind after the full-length trailer.

Also, if this film sucks (and I'd say it's like less than 1% chance really), it will break our hearts - and dropping $500 on a Star Wars themed PS4 would only rub it in. I was going to drive to the nearest IMAX (3hrs) and stay overnight but again... changed my mind for the same reason.

I would get it, but use less play money and transfer the "play money" to that, so you don't broke, as it is possible to spend less than $50 a week.

Wait. You will appreciate it more later. The wait is not long at all. Plus @Duke Groundrunner made a good point.
