New The High Republic Phase III Covers Put the Nameless in a Terrifying Light

The covers for two upcoming High Republic books have been revealed. Phase III of the publishing initiative is soon heading into its second wave of novels, with Tessa Gratton's Temptation of the Force kicking it off on June 11. Following that is the wave of young adult and middle-grade novels, which tease heavy involvement from the Jedi's greatest fear: the Nameless. And now that the covers confirm as much, prepare to explain to your kids why their favorite Jedi is now dust.



Beware the Nameless by Zoraida Córdova hits shelves on August 27. The middle-grade adventure will follow up on the events of Escape from Valo. Check out the cover, with art by Peter Antonsson, and the previously-revealed synopsis below:

After Beware the Nameless, George Mann returns to the plate to take his next swing after last year's The Eye of Darkness. The young adult novel Tears of the Nameless drops on September 24. It will follow the events of Defy the Storm and a subplot in The Eye of Darkness. Azlin Rell, a fallen Jedi who survived an encounter with the Force-eating beasts, might be the Order's only hope to defeat them.
