    Did anyone else notice that when Ezra and Maul were kneeling with the Holocrons - the Kylo Ren theme briefly played in the background?

    You don't make that sort of a musical "statement" by accident. But what are they saying?

    Ezra = Snoke ?
    Ezra/Maul = Knights of Ren ?

    With Maul not being a Sith anymore, I would be cool to see the Knights of Ren story have a connection with Maul or Ezra for that matter.

    Hmm...I don't necessarily think it's the same tune. The first three notes are the same, but then it changes enough to be different. Maybe they had used Kylo Ren music as temp music to guide the scene, but the first three notes fit too well, so they only changed the latter part of it.

    Oh thanks I though I am the only one hearing this, asked around and was sure I was wrong;).


    That was my result, it is mostly the first notes, but what would be the best way to show a start of something by using only the start of a theme.
    So it is still a possibility and open to interpretation.

    So my take is, that we don't necessarily have a 1:1 connection between characters but we see the start of a different approach to the force, The merging of the holocrons, everything that Bendu says, maybe Snoke finished what they started.
