    A couple Funko Pop Solo a Star Wars story bobble heads have surfaced. Can only find this one at the moment on google images. But i have also seen a solo pop about on Instagram. This range trooper looks awesome with the gold visor. looks to me like it could be great pop and looks like it has a fair bit detail but still not entirely sure as no out of box images.

    Are they planning on announcing that the new Solo merchandise will be on sale Friday, or are they just going to put it out and see who buys it? I saw something on one of the collecting sites yesterday—I think it might’ve been Jedi Temple Archives—and they said the Solo toys are starting to show up in stores, but can’t actually be purchased until April 13. (They’re locked by the cash register or something like that.) Individual stores are doing toy launch events, but there’s nothing like what was done for The Force Awakens, Rogue One and The Last Jedi.

    Also, I would really love if they would officially tell us what we’re getting in Wave 1. From what’s been confirmed, I plan on buying Chewie, Q’ira and the two new stormtroopers. I also think it’s weird that there’s no single-carded Han Solo figure in the Solo line as far as we know. Really, I wouldn’t care so much about this if it weren’t for the fact that the Vintage Collection figures may be dropping that day too and I desperately want the Snoke figure. But I also want to know what two-packs will be released because I want the Finn/Phasma one they teased from The Last Jedi and the one with Lando.

    The marketing for this is going to be a mess. Hasbro literally just did an interview and said they screwed up with the marketing for The Last Jedi and these toys are about to do even worse because no one knows about them. (Hopefully that means I’ll only have to go to one store on Friday to buy them, though!)

    We know that Funko will announce their products on Monday, so I'm sure a big announcement is coming then. I don't think silent introduction of the new line is something they would do, however it's already going to be a very short notice.

    Force Friday II was announced in February 2017 which was insanely early... I have no idea why they did that.

    Yeah, it seems they just cannot get the merchandising for these films right. Maybe everything else will follow the Funko announcement, but who knows at this point?
