Lucasfilm and LEGO will commemorate 25 years of collaboration with new sets releasing March 1, and more to come in the future. The LEGO Star Wars partnership began in October 1999, launching with sets based on original trilogy vehicles. It has since produced a multitude of different collectibles, mini-figures, shows, and video games. The 25th-anniversary commemorative sets include new models of the Millennium Falcon, Tantive IV, Invisible Hand, and R2-D2.

Feel free to check out some product images down below, provided via a new post on StarWars.com. The sets will also include a 25th-anniversary logo. Some sets will also come with exclusive new mini-figs. The most notable new mini-figure is the Darth Malak mini-figure that comes with R2-D2.

When speaking with StarWars.com, the head of product at the LEGO Group, Mike Ilacqua spoke about the new builds. There's also an indication that there would be more celebratory products throughout the year:

The new LEGO Star Wars sets are available now to pre-order at the LEGO website and other retailers around the world. However, the Invisible Hand LEGO set will only be available at official LEGO channels and Target.

The LEGO Star Wars brand collaboration has been an exceedingly successful one, going far beyond just sets. The recent LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga became one of the highest-selling video games of 2022. Lucasfilm also continues to put out animated LEGO Star Wars shorts on YouTube and Disney Plus.
