RUMOR Star Wars Battlefront - EA Teasing CLONE WARS DLC for Season Pass Expansions

    EA did some teasing on their EAStarWars Twitter towards a Clone Wars DLC for the Season Pass, which will be getting announcements in the following weeks, The HYPE is real :D

    I created a video detailing the tweets, the potential expansions and the likelihood of a Clone Wars DLC

    I'm not too excited to play as a Battle Droid, but if in any way Stormtroopers can go against Clonetroopers, that could be cool. The game isn't cannon, so why not? Either way, it's a no-brainer, but I hope they pay look to The Clone Wars animated series for inspiration.

    Thats not sufficient basis for this rumor. Theyve already said they will focus on the original trilogy and i think they will do some sequel trilogy stuff since jakku is the first dlc. My guess is that theres enough anti prequel guys in DICE to prevent clone war dlc.

    I would love if this does come about because I too am a HUGE fan of the Prequels & the Old Republic era, probably a tad more so than the Original Trilogy. As far as Davin mentioned that the game isn't canon, I believe it is in fact canon. The game basically just show's you things you missed out on seeing in the movies.
    But even if they decide to only focus on the Original Trilogy. I would love to see at least some Prequel Trilogy elements be brought in for future DLC's. (Perfect example of this you were able to fly Clone Wars ships such as Jedi Star fighters & LAAT Gunships in story mode battles for the Rebellion against the Empire in Star Wars Battlefront II)
    Such small things like people & ships that the Rebellion could have found from the Clone Wars & used them against the Empire. They could be ARC-170's, LAAT's, Vulture Droids, B1 Battledroids or even old Clone Troopers. To me, it just makes as though everything over the last 20 years between ROTS & ANH didn't just disappear all of a sudden & can still be used as good resources. mainly for the Rebellion. Because we all know that the Empire obtained everything when they no longer were the Republic.

    we need to focus on the future not the pass where is the Star Wars Rebel's Ghost ship and crew DLC oh wait THERE IS NONE we need that done first so we can play as Kanan Ashoka or Ezra in hero mode
