    Han and Leia had a little 121 time in the back of the Falcon before being interrupted by Goldenrod and subsequently heading to Bespin :D

    ...or 121 is number of people still playing the original Battlefront 2 in deference to the 2017 EA release

    ...or it's the number of novels rendered non-canonical by Disney

    I doubt any of these is the answer though.
