Why do I feel like this is a possible big filler episode or certain scenes will be reusable scenes from the past. I feel like we are gonna see Saw do some TCW blast he was taught from Anakin/Ahsoka. We get droids again when I thought Rex had the last episode with droids. I know we are gonna get a good episode if what everybodys been saying is true to the episode. I just feel that we are gonna get some filler scenes. but i cant wait til it starts again...

Maybe this is where vader destroys saw's body for R1 and starts the arc for the first spinoff through the pov of the ghost crew.

I did read somewhere, Twitter maybe, that one of the new books released alludes to Saw being injured on Geonosis.

I'm hearing these episodes will explain why he has a respirator in Rogue One, and that it's heavily connected to Geonosis and certain elements of it.

If these episodes can explain what exactly happened to the Geonoseans, I'll be happy. If their extermination had something to do with Saw Gerrera or Tarkin, I'd be even more happy.

I wonder if this'll tie up with the Darth Vader Comic issue where he goes to Geonosis...?

Agreed. Most likely Tarkin, as I believe it plays a bit into events in Catalyst (I listened to the audiobook, but don't remember the details on how Krennic/Tarkin/Geonosis/Poggle ended up), but having Saw take such extreme measures could certainly explain why the Alliance considers him too much of a extremist in R1.

If it's not Geonosis, I hope they use Saw in some other manner that at first seems to help them out, only to later realize there are lines that shouldn't be crossed.
