    We had a laser disc player in my eighth grade science class. It was like the interactive DVD games that were popular on Disney movies back in the early 2000's.

    Yeah. High school class is the only time I ever saw a laserdisc in action, and I don't remember actually seeing any movies but instead watching some like slideshows of pictures each time.
