We're still a year away. I'll believe it when I see it.

 

At this point, I hope we don't see another trailer until next year. As much as I would to see The Big 3, we are still a year away.

We got a teaser and now I want to sort of decompress my excitement from Episode 7 because its still a long way away.

A trailer in May to kick off the summer movie season would be perfect cause it would signify that we are only 6 months away so let the hype begin!

To give you a sports analogy: We still have the 2014 NFL season and about 15 weeks of the 2015 NFL season til Episode 7 comes, so its a long way off! We don't want too many appetizers or we'll spoil our appetite when dinner finally comes!

 

I heard the same thing about a trailer with cristmas.
Hope its true.

 

My initial thought was that there would be 2-3 teaser trailers.

One showing the new cast, one showing the classic cast, and one showing them together.

I would settle for just 2 teasers, with the second one showing only OT characters.

 

My sources say that there will be lots of trailers.
(Sadly my sources are just voices in my head)
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn’t the trailers for the old movies come out a year before the movies.

 

This would comply with info we've received of there being two trailers. We can hope.

First of all! You might want to label your thread topic Rumor since there is no official release date for the second Teaser

Second of all! I think your source is right, all we have to do now is wait for an official confirmation in December

 

There where rumors about 2 trailers. So its all possible.

2nd trailer may contain more action.

 

Can you imagine?! I used to make turkey jokes regarding a trailer which used that line. But holy wowzers, Christmas morning is THE PERFECT time to run a trailer that ends with that line. It works on multiple levels. Let's explore:

1. A trailer featuring the first glimpses of Luke, Han, and Leia would be the greatest gift to lifelong Star Wars fans all around the world
2. Kids cannot wait to wake up on Christmas morning to see what Santa left under the tree for them
3. The social media posts write themselves
4. This would further cement Star Wars as a holiday season event!!
5. It would create more hype almost exactly one year before TFA hits theaters
6. We could one day get an all-new Star Wars Holiday Special featuring beloved characters from all three trilogies.... My brain and heart would explode due to joy overload.

 

What movie comes out on Christmas?

 

I still think it will be released with The Hobbit, even though it is not released Christmas eve, it is still in December (Christmas month)

 

This time I will not speculate about ANOTHER Teaser/Trailer.
I mean oh gosh we just got an EPIC teaser. Let it come if it comes. I am sooo happy that I dont want to speculate any more, in terms of releases.

 

There will be one more, nobody knows when though.

And you have every right not to speculate if you dont want to my friend, but some of us will cause we like it

 

Yea I cant wait for another trailer if there will be one this year. And well, I just wanted to throw in my opinion. ^_^
