According to Filoni in this video, the Inquisitor was in The Clone Wars. I watched the Clone Wars all the way through 3 times and don't recall seeing him. Did we all miss something?

Could it be he appeared only in some unfinished episode? They released a story reel of an episode on Utapau, which should be his homeworld.. yeah, it was called A Death on Utapau.

I think he might have meant the in universe clone wars rather than the tv show. I think he came from the list of force sensitives that sidious tried to steal.

You know, in the fictional clone wars. Like Kanan fought in the clone wars but wasn't in "the clone wars" tv show.

Did not Obi-one talk to one who looked like the Inquisitor, when he was after General Grievous?
Could it be that dude? From what I gather they are the same species at least.

Yes, Obi-Wan talked to a Pau'an while on Utapau, which is the same species.

Given that we know the Grand Inquisitor is a Pau'an, I find it hard to believe he is The Son - while the Son has VERY similar face markings, he does not appear Pau'an.

    Not the son of Mortis.

The son of Mortis was much more powerful than the Inquisitor and he's ... dead.

If he's in the Utapau arc it's impossible (at least to me) to see him, because every Pau'an looks the same. BTW, the arc is so great.
