    I have thoroughly been enjoying The Last Padawan comics. I can recommend anybody who enjoys Rebels to read them. I was wondering whether we could see any of the characters (Janus Kasmir, General Kleeve) from that series return at some point in Rebels?

    I'm sorry to say that I have yet to pick up any of the new canon books or comics, but they sound satisfying, from what I've heard :)

    Although not legal, the comics are available on YouTube. Each issue takes about 15 minutes to read. I have been enjoying them all, especially the Last Padawan and the Darth Vader series.

    The cover of issue 5 makes me think that those two are goners. I guess we'll know on August 12th.

    I would enjoy seeing some character from the Kanan comic. Altough I don`t think that Kasmir fits in Rebels. Why would he chase after Kanan? He knew which path Kanan had to take and seemed to accept it. The odds of them having any sort of contact is equal to ZERO.
    Kleeve would be cool to see more of but why would he be after Kanan? Protection? None of them have any clue where he is,and if the Empire struggles to find him why would Kleeve or Kasmir have any clue? They barely know him and Kanan isn`t in charge of the rebels anyway. As well many years have passed and Kanan have changed a lot.
    If they wanted to be really silly they could just randomly meet, but come on, the story group is better than that.
    What you have to consider as well is that Rebels is for kids as well who must likely haven`t read the comic. This would just confuse them. Bringing in Rex and Ahsoka for example is diffrent because they are familiar faces from Clone Wars. Something the kids most likely have watched (or at least heard about).

    I say no. As interconnected as the new canon is, some stuff will just be in comics in games, in movies, etc. As someone said, Rebels is made by all the guys from TCW, yet these characters, other than Kanan, have only been in the shows.
