So let's talk "A New Hope" for a minute.

We're in the Death Star, right? A scanning crew enters the Falcon. "They" request some extra help from some Stormtroopers only to get jumped by our heroes. What happens to them? Are they killed? How? Not via blaster, the armor isn't damaged when worn by Luke and Han. What ever happened to these guys? Are they alive? Tied up? Running around the Death Star naked? We don't hear anything of them again, and I feel like there would have been some evidence of their existence left behind.

I'm totally putting too much thought into this, but I thought it was at least mildly entertaining.

    Any ideas?

I guess the bodies were hidden in the cargo holders till they were safe from the death star.

Perhaps we TFA they finally realize they forgot to let those guys out of one of the smuggling containers?

Probably more something like @Grand Master Galen Marek said. They dumped the bodies when they had the chance. Mind you, there were blaster sounds if I remember correctly, so maybe they knocked off their helmets and did a quick execution-style thing. The gritty stuff they probably won't show our heroes doing in the films.

But, if I remember correctly, the blaster sounds were heard before "the scan crew" request extra help, so our favorite rebels deal with the scan crew using blasters, but they subdue the stormies using something less noisy and without leaving any marks...
    I may be wrong, though

You might be right those blasters shots to the helmets would ruined the disguise, I wished they had chosen the scene inside the falcon, not changing part just Han firing his blaster, what was strange also was there was no blasters shots anywhere in the armour, check these out:

Well in Jedi we see Wookies are attracted to curing meat so... I think their necks were broken and they were thrown in the smuggling compartments. Once they got some downtime on Yavin IV after the Death Star was destroyed Chewie dragged them each by one ankle out into the jungle for a little celebratory BBQ. The Ewoks did the same in Jedi.

Human... the other, other white meat.

I think they knock the scanning crew out when they enter. I seem to remember the guys lugging the box up the ramp, then shortly after they get inside there is a loud clank, and after that Han calls for help and then they blast the stormtroopers.

    Can't check it now though.

They dumped the bodies in the Smuggling compartments and dumped the bodies later.

That's really twisted. I mean, that's going from hero archetype to cold blooded murder.

I guess killing stormtroopers is not a act of murder.

Of course it is, but it can be justified when you're under fire and have no choice.
