    It not surprising that they might use some ideas from TFA concept art. They have used unused ideas in a lot of the recent movies.

    reading a few other forums/reddit atm and noticed some discussion about the todd fisher comments and leia's scenes. Why are people commenting about the sledghammer scene/storyline as if it was 100% shot and just removed? I haven't kept up with the discussion for about 2 weeks as i was in singapore for holidays. Forgive me if i'm wrong but that sledghammer storyline was leaked before TFA release as one version of the script? I was never under the impression that was fully shot and usable for a movie?

    I do remember there being discussion of Leia giving a big speech that they didn't use in TFA around the time it came out. Mentioning the giant ramming machine could have happened in such a scene, justifying why it was cut in the first place.

    looks like the Collider Weintraub rumours never panned out. However in a funny twist, those Russian calendars that were leaked for Solo, another one just popped up for frozen 2.

    Interesting considering Weintraub's tweet spree contained reference to Frozen 2 and IX in the same breath.



    Maybe Weintraub had good info but LFL/disney changed their minds awhile back on footage in 2018? Also makes me respect weintraub a bit more for not running official stories on the website with shaky sources.

    Weintraub doesn't control the Youtube side as far as i can tell. If Weintraub was running with it as a legit, fully sourced story, it would be on the written side of the company.

    When you look at the Art of TLJ book you see a lot of what was developed for TLJ was developed right along side TFA. I am sure when we see the Art of Ep9 book we will see stuff from that same time period. It simply takes more then 2 years for these films to be developed.
