Really nice and beautiful your personal experience to share Epilay.It sound REALLY amazing.Is a shame did you not try to catch it on video.For sure it will be a viral video and MAYBE somebody can tell us WHY it happen.Nature IS very beautiful and it have a LOT of GREAT beauties on it.You my friend was on the right spot and in the right moment to ENJOY this amazing show....I had the experience to be hiding from a Hurricane.It was very scary.I WILL NEVER forget it.When it pass and finish EVERYTHING looks that a GIANT trimmer throw down ALL the trees. The wind was so POWERFUL that is was like Godzilla was out side walking around.....

I can understand.I thank God that i don't like to drink.I don't smoke either.The ONLY thing that i'm addicted is hearing music from the 80's.I like pastry BUT i'm in CONTROL.I was 210 pounds and i'm 163 pounds right now.I run 5k early everyday and i enjoy riding my Specialized MTB too.On the weekends i run 52 miles.Back to topic.....Glad that where you live is like Heaven.

I've experienced and continue to experience many moments of synchronicity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synchronicity).

Like thinking or mentioning something, then someone else, within moments, coming out of nowhere and saying nearly the same thing or something connecting to that.

It's even happened on this forum a few times for me, wanting to post something only to see someone just posted it.

Here's one example where I did post something right before someone else said the same thing at nearly the same exact time:

And this was on a not-so-popular / little known aspect of the Star Wars galaxy: the Unknown Regions. Yet, how appropriate!

I even mention "synchronicity" and the Force at work in that third post.

Sometimes it's something more along the lines of a retroactive recognition: realizing you were there at the right place and time and said or did something (which you did not even think was important at the time), which made some (or all the) positive difference in a situation.

A Jedi might call that the Will of the Force. A Taoist might simply reference that as The Way. Often it can happen when you least try: "you do or do not" and that makes the difference.

So, lots of seemingly inexplicable connections and coincidences which seem far too meaningful and related (despite one thing not directly seeming to cause the other) to be dismissed as merely coincidental.

Over the years, this has lead me to consider some aspects of the Force, particularly the interconnectedness of things, are inspired by real life, even if it all comes down to more scientifically explainable things, such as quantum entanglements or simply "good timing."

So, as you might imagine, when Han Solo had that "it's true" line in The Force Awakens, I could only smile.

I also love that scene in The Empire Strikes Back when Yoda says

It also resonated with me when Qui-Gon Jinn, in The Phantom Menace, told Anakin, "They continually speak to you, telling you the will of the Force.... When you learn to quiet your mind, you will hear them speaking to you." Them being the midi-chlorians link to the Force.

I tend to believe all things in the universe are connected (at least physically at the quantum level), and it seems, if we allow ourselves to become more mindful and compassionate, we might stand a better chance of becoming more aware of and participating more harmoniously with that mode of interconnectivity:

learning to acknowledge and finding a place within that complex flow of reality rather than always trying to exert too much of our own will, allowing life to happen, mysteries and beauties and truths to emerge when they are ready (even if we believe we are not).

There was something the poet Keats called Negative Capability (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_capability) that I sense is relevant within this understanding.

The same could be said of the concept of Wu Wei (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wu_wei).

Amazing that, even here, in this seemingly far-out matter, Star Wars could offer some kind of observation or hidden "life lesson," as in this line of dialogue between Ben and Luke in Episode IV: A New Hope:

For the first half of 2012, I was a long-haul truck driver. Bit of advice: Unless driving a truck is your lifelong ambition, do not get into the business. But I digress... I drove from one side of this country to the other and saw a lot of strange stuff, but the strangest thing I saw was in Oklahoma. I was headed east on I-40 one night and I saw what looked like an airplane flying low over some trees next to the highway. I figured there must be an airport nearby so I didn't give it much thought at first. Then whatever it was flew down into the trees and disappeared. Maybe doing some late night crop dusting? Anyway, the next day I went into google maps to see if there was any kind of airport or orchard along that stretch of road, there wasn't. It was just woods. I couldn't tell you what it was, but all I really saw was a bright green light and a glimpse of a fuselage or something that it was attached to. I figure it was a UFO, because, you know, it was an object that was flying and I couldn't identify it... It really could have been anything, but...you never know...
