    I personally think Revan would be the first one that is brought back into canon before Malgus.

    They would have to start telling stories that take place in the Canon version of the Old Republic era. That might take a while.

    I honestly don't think it will happen, or at least not any time soon. Malgus isn't all that popular of a character from what I can tell, especially compared to the likes of Revan.

    Darth Traya/Kreia I feel would fit very well into the new canon, I would like to see her opinions on the nature of the Force in canon as opposed to legends, it would be fascinating to see her react to all that.

    If he is canonized he'll probably be changed like they changed Bane's appearance. I wish we'd see more out of him. I loved him and his twilek mistress and their complex

    Darth Malgus has a chance to become canon, especially since Lucasfilms has greenlighted a Old Republic film in the future. However, basing my speculation on what has been done thusfar, I suspect Darth Malgus will have another name. For instance Kylo Ren is Darth Cadeus in the new trilogy.

    Darth Malgus has a low chance to become canon in my opinion, even if so I can't see him as a possible main character or have a huge significant role (maybe just mentioned). The possibilities aren't in our favor. We have to look at what Disney would do? Would he really be in an actually Old Republic story?

    Honestly I'm all down for him to be canon I'd like to see an all Sith based story (emperor), but it's highly unlikely he'll become canon in my opinion. I don't think they are willing to take a risk and try something out of the ordinary.

    Revan on the other hand! More likely chance of becoming canon. He has an awesome backstory, his armor is cool, looks mandalorian, who doesn't like that?!
