Who is your favorite Clone Commander?

Looks-wise, I'd say Bacara, followed by Neyo and Wolffe. Boss and Gree get special mentions, too.

All around favorite has gotta be Rex, though.

Been in love with this character ever since the Star Wars Republic series when I was a kid. Bought the first ARC Trooper action figure I could find, back before the Clone Wars series was even a thing. It was hard to find an ARC Trooper figure back then!

 

Captain Fordo would like a word with you...

 

Rex is number one mostly because we know him the most. Bacara and Wolfe just look plain cool.

 

Rex! Like many others here definitely Rex.

My favorite clone trooper tho would be Fives. His death in TCW is heart wrenching

 

Does Rex get a Promotion at some point? Cause I thought he was just a captain?

 

I also put my cash down on Alpha. I wish the D.H. stories were canon... so good.

 

I mean, the only real answer is Rex of course! But before TCW, I always thought Fordo from the 2003 series was the pinnacle of cool!

 

Rex doesn't get a promotion, nor does he need one. Military ranks in Star Wars have never really made any sense, so don't think too hard on it. For example, Yularen gets demoted for no reason when he transitions to the ISB.

I think Rex is meant to be part of the navy and not the army, and that's why he's a captain. Which doesn't make sense in the long run, considering he's constantly on the front lines in the army, but I digress. That's why Appo is a commander and not a captain when he takes over the remainder of the 501st still stationed on Coruscant during ROTS.

 

I very much like Gregor. His backstory in the CW is quite intriguing.

 

Cody is my favorite followed by Rex. Hoever I have never had a great symphaty for any clone commander.

 

I have no order, but my favourites would be Rex, Appo, and probably Cody, though I also like Neyo, and Wolffe. Also (Agreeing with @TK-1204) he isn't a commander but I just want to mention how cool Captain Fordo is to me and probably many others. Either way Fordo's an ARC trooper so hes a commando, close enough for me.

 

Rex gets a vote. He is one of the most skilled clone troopers and also one of the most intelliegent. He was the first one to remove his inhabitor chip (i dunno how you spell it, sorry). He also has personal feelings for people, fact that I think makes him stand out the most from the other clones. Wolfe also gets a vote for being such a badass

Then again, Rex is just so classic and amazing!!!

 

I always found it kinda silly and confusing to try and make the clones separate/individual characters. I just don’t find them interested at all and couldn’t care less what happens to them. Like in the final season of TCW, when Rex says Echo is alive...for the life of me I couldn’t remember which one Echo was! I’d only juts rewatched the whole series before the new episodes had come out as well.

However, having said all that...Rex

 

I love The Clone Wars although ironically I don't really care much for most of the individual Clones other than Rex. So yeah, Rex it is.

 

Rex is awesome! Can’t go wrong with him.

 

Gregor is godly. His armor is dope, and he "sacrificed" himself for D-Squad.

He got promoted in season 7

 

Although a lot of them are very likable, how can anyone but Rex be someone's favorite? Especially after season 7 of The Clone Wars.
