SPOILER Bothanspi "Leaks"

Why do people write fake spoilers? Why cannot they say 'I think this happens'. Its just as easy to talk about rumors like that instead of writing out and out lies. To me its just weird.......

 

Saying 'I think this happens' doesn't bring as much attention as billing them as real.

 

You are probably right. I kind of think people throw bull poo around just to see if it sticks & in the very remotely chance this happens they get a little bit of fame!? Am only surmising because I just don't get this strange phenomena

 

Some of it sounds fun. But I'm throwing my lot in with the it's fake camp. Some of it may end of being true, because it lines up with earlier rumors in places. However, it starts getting ridiculous with the new big three all being related. I can buy 1 in the big three and maybe one more outside of Rey/Finn/Poe, but not all 3, plus Gleeson and Ren. Also, if the reports on the toys are true ... I really doubt they would kill off a character (Kylo Ren) who is supposed to be spearheading the advertising charge, appearing on the figure boxes. In addition, the OP mentions Han being scheduled to be appearing in Ep. 8. It seems awfully unlikely that this guy would know things like that. Of course we don't know his actual job, it just seems like a leak that could only come from somewhere relatively high up the ladder. No one with that much knowledge, would leak this stuff. All that being said ... it's still a fun read.

I'm not begging you guys to believe me, who believes what's on the Internet anyway? I'm sharing this information because as a star wars fan I'd love to hear it. My first movie in theaters that I remember was Star Wars! So to actually work on set was a dream come true.

 

Most of it people basically saying Sounds like a rehash, fake, etc. I just think it gives a sense of legitimacy to a post that honestly hasn't earned it Especially because a Staff member created the post. .

3 pages of "I like that Idea but it sounds fake here because X" does not a good thread or forum make. If it stayed in General thread like it started it'd already be dead.

Very curious in regards the Kylo being killed by Plaguies at the end of VII. Can you elaborate some on this? How does he kill him? Is the new apprentice already very evident? Where does this take place? Etc.

How are you supposed to know Ford is scheduled for ep 8?

How do you know people are related? Or anything about the plot for that matter? I find it hard to believe you have read the script, and just watching scenes get shot don't give you that kind of info, no?

Good points all around. I was thinking about that as I was typing. But, I couldn't remember if he was the main focus of the toy boxes. I definitely remember him getting a lot of hype pre-movie ... especially with the double-bladed lightsaber reveal in the trailer.

 

Plagueis force chokes Kylo. The death takes place on a Star Destroyer. This is the first time we see Plagueis on screen.
