How would you rate the Rebels Series Finale?

I thought it was great, but not perfect. My only real complaint is with the lack of closure with Ezra and Thrawn. I don't like it when, in a series finale or final installment, stories are left open-ended or "up to the viewer" to decide; it just feels lazy IMO. I'm kind of hoping Ahsoka and/or Sabine show up in The Mandalorian at some point to bring closure to that storyline. Maybe have the New Republic put a bounty out on Thrawn since we know they were hunting down Imperial leaders, or have "The Mandalorian" be hired to find Ezra. Overall, I really enjoyed and love the series; the last couple of season especially.

Unsatisfying. I wanted Chopper to finish with a matching leg as his reward for all his efforts and contributions. Droids are my favourite characters in Star Wars, because they have more personality and humour than the boring 2D organic characters.

But other than that, I've kind of forgotton about the whole Rebels series now, its been laying dormant and forgotton in the back of my memory along with Clone Wars, Droids and Ewoks.

 

Just rewatched the series as part of my complete rewatch for the final episode of the saga.

I forgot how emotionally affecting the final season is, at least for me. This finale was an absolute ten for me. I feel that rebels might be the best non-saga star wars.

When the heck are they gonna do the follow up series??? I'm dying to see Sabine and ahsoka's quest to find Ezra.

 

When the series ended I was not real happy with the space whales and force wolves ... however, upon a recent rewatch of the entire series I found it to be much more satisfying. Can you image a Filoni + Zahn partnership exploring the further adventures? That'd be something!
