    Valerian is a visual master piece, much like TPM, made by a visual director who loved the source material, he assembled some of the greatest illustrators who also worked on the source material and loved the medium. Zack Snyder did the same with Watchman. Snyder religiously captured panel for panel from one of the greatest graphic novels ever made.

    Valerian and films of its caliber were not made for money, but for love.
