Many threatened and some pulled even along the way, but his ferocity paid off... especially when faced with picking his Ravens seemingly every week. (I didn't mean to I swear!) Congrats Sir, but don't get comfortable -- as champ, you've got a big target on your back heading into next year...

    I'm so glad I decided to join the Cantina's pick 'em. Y'all have been amazing players and it was fun discussing football with you. For a Star Wars forum we have a pretty great football community.

    Not to take away from Al's enviable run this year but he only took the lead in Week 6 or 7, IIRC. You were the one with the lead from Week 1 up until then.

    By golly you're right.... that was such a long time ago in a Standings far, far away that I had forgotten! Al did take the lead in Week 1, then @Addi Ras had it for a moment (and @Maximus was even in second!) then I was in 1st for a few weeks before my cocky got in the way, then we all fell into @Alamact's trap and that was it after week 6.

    His performance was so other-worldly dominant that I had forgotten he was almost human there for a couple weeks!

    yeah, because that never happens....
