Han Solo is now a star.

I am sure most of us caught the beautiful imagery when Han falls into the light when he dies.
And some of us caught that Starkiller base doesn't merely explode later on, but becomes a small sun.

But, after four viewings, i finally put two and two together and came to the realization that this new sun will forever mark where Han became one with the cosmos.

No, Han can't become a force ghost, but there will always be a star in the night sky to pay tribute to him.

If you are one of the many mourning Han, and wishing the film had paused a beat longer to acknowledge his passing, take comfort in this incredibly cosmic tribute to our fallen hero.

    ;)

    That's actually a beautiful idea.
It didn't occur to me that the very recognisable plasma of the weapons residue would remain in place like a little star.
I don't care it wouldn't have enough mass to substain itself let alone the fusion reaction but this is Star Wars.
It's probably still there ^_^ and thats awesome.

All I know is the dark side needs to stop trying to create these ultimate technological weapon. It did become a star, that was pretty cool.
