Ray sounds so natural. For me the best acting from the show.

Just commented in episode 1. Really like it. The music is epic. Hope to hear it in crescendo in some epic moments.
The credits explains the travels, I want to think the Ezra and Thrawn ones. Or the one Ashoka and others are taking.
If I remember well there are purgils.

Am waiting for those experts to translate some of the letters. Maybe we discover something.

Also, that machine Sabine is using seems and old and first vintage game & watch or something lol Hope and expert finds the original.

Revealing that Sabine had been Ahsoka’s Jedi padawan between shows is like if The Mandalorian told us Din had been Luke Skywalker’s padawan between seasons 2 and 3. That’s . . . weird. Can’t wait to find out how that happened though

So what's the read on Sabine being FS?

I thought Huyang's line made it pretty clear that she is indeed FS, it just didn't come to her easily... but I've been told I'm wrong by quite a few people outside of this forum.

I know in the line before that Sabine mentions not having the talent or abilities like Ezra does, but I interpreted that as her saying she isn't as good with them as Ezra is, not that she's completely lacking in them.

 

I took the lines to mean that Ahsoka and Huyang had trained her as far in the Force as possible, only for Sabine to peak at virtually the lowest Force strength possible.

In other words, I interpreted it to mean that yes, Sabine has achieved theoretical Force Sensitivity, but that she has no practical Force ability.

But who knows? Not me, that's for sure.

 

Bearing in mind that he's centuries old and it was his core job to work with padawans. He's conservatively met thousands. And she's the least of them all. That's really saying something.

Perhaps Shin Hati's declaration that, "You have no power!" is due to her sensing exactly what you just said. Nice call.

I'm not a doctor but I did stay at Holiday Inn(I actually stay at a lot of them in my travels). Purley judging by where they got stabbed, Sabine might have had her liver brushed or it may have misssed it entirely but still would have been survivable with GFFA medical treatment. Qui-Gon looks like he got his aorta and spine clipped and that would have been a pretty quick death, except for his Force powers sustaining him until he could deliver his final message to Obi.

I ain't touching the Grand Inquisitor, Reva and Maul. That blast makes no logical sense. It also makes no sense that when being stabbed, the victim does no further damage to themselves as they try to withdraw a laser sword from their body. Ain't nobody just standing there with beam of burning light in their bodies.

Exactly. I think Thrawn and Ezra will wait. We have too much on the plate. Even the end credits explains where we are going
But I guess this is a good sign too: we think we know all but they can surprise us in every chapter with more worldbuilding and original visuals and character revelations. Watching Thrawn next week surely would be a surprise

That's why SWNN Cantina is my one and only place to talk about SW and the new stuff. People here can like something or not but we always (try XD) discuss all of it with respect (I guess ) and valid opinions and constructive criticism with quite good maners and interesting debates.

Every single exit wound should be much larger and worse than it is. Watch what happens when Qui Gon Jinn shoves his lightsaber through the blast doors - how long before the metal begins to glow? Now, if we match up the duration of the body stabs will we be left with a genuine lightsaber inconsistency? Without measuring - sure seems headed that way. The way the double doors began to disintegrate, makes me think that the Grand Inquisitor's liver should have fallen out, burnt and not well done. It's not the stab that makes me raise an eyebrow - its the heat. The first law of thermodynamics is waht? Exactly.

Those who play with lightspeed toys should know better.

 

I liked the first two episodes with this one being better than the first. Ready for the third

 

Im finding the storyline a bit stale as well as the dialogue, however it’s so much better than Obi Wan or Book of Bob 2 episodes down.

The music and world building production is incredible though. It feels like Star Wars when Filoni is at the helm.

RIP Ray, I’m happy I got to see you in Star Wars. You’ve brought an A game performance here!
