    This from a man who for a time was putting together "special FX extravaganzas" one of which simulated being chewed and swallowed for the audience. But that's not pointless compared to the PT which has inspired millions of fans around the world . . .

    I disagree with him.

    I'am a Star Wars fan because of prequels. They where my first Star Wars. And they will always be special for me.

    And not that long ago, he was full of compliments toward prequel movies. So I do not take his opinion seriously. It seems that he very easily is changing opinions.

    He only "complimented" the movies when put on the spot about them in interviews, like anyone would.

    Anthony Daniels needed that paycheck, and he was easy to replace. Now he knows that Lucas is out of the picture, he can finally give his honest opinion as he's no longer treading on eggshells..

    He sort of did. He said his eyes "sort of glazed over" when he read the script, or something like that. He was also complaining about the secrecy. Imagine if he was replaced with CGI?
