I caught up with the "Age of Adeline" last night and really enjoyed it although the plot is not dissimilar from the television show, "Forever." But, while I found it very moving, a lot of that was due to the performance by a certain Mr. Harrison Ford! While I, of course, love Mr. Ford's roles, particularly as Han Solo and Indiana Jones, there is always a bit of an element of him BEING Harrison Ford to me when I'm watching him onscreen. That's not a bad thing. It's the sort of quality that John Wayne and Clint Eastwood have, a very strong and distinctive onscreen presence. But I was really impressed with how he just became his character in this film. He wasn't the star of the movie by any means but, in many ways, I thought his character was the emotional center of the film and I really just kind of forgot that I was watching "Harrison Ford" and felt for the character instead. I also felt that I got just a glimpse of what an older Han Solo may be like in The Force Awakens and I liked what I saw! All in all, I thought it was a terrific little movie and certainly something any fan of Mr. Ford's should see! Anyone agree or disagree?

His performance isn't bad, but to me seems almost like he is trying to be Indiana Jones, trying too hard, but his main appeal is that he really does look like HF.

Okay I got round to watching it. Harrison Ford is definitely better in this than he's been in most other movies lately.. As for Anthony Ingruber I wasn't impressed, he got the voice down near enough but he seemed really awkward and stiff with his body language and facial expressions. Like he was trying to keep Harrison Ford's signature crooked smile glued to his face the whole time, really weird and creepy lol.

The HS spinoff needs to be a CG movie.
